How do you come up with the prices?
Unlike most name-brand items, we market fair prices off the cost of the material and the time it takes for the creator to make it. It can vary by difficulty, number of orders, and/or product costs.
Glenda J's Handmades makes unique hand-crafted accessories/ clothes/ gifts more accessible. We do market research for the average price and match it. We don't do mark-ups because some label is on it.
How long does it take for my order to ship?
The item is shipped out same day as payment (or if by check-when the payment clears).
First class mail is assumed unless otherwise requested for faster delivery. On average it will take 3-5 days locally and 7-10 for long distance.
